Presentation proposals are now being accepted for the North Carolina Community College Advising Association (N3C2A) Spring 2023 Conference

The deadline for proposal submission is Friday, March 31, 2023.  Applicants will be notified by the review committee’s decision on April 6th. Please contact the N3C2A board with any questions about proposal submissions.

This event is a collaborative partnership between the North Carolina Community College Advising Association (N3C2A), the College Transfer Program Association (CTPA), and the Adult Educators Association (AEA). We welcome all staff and faculty that are involved in the work of advising to participate in our event. There will be content that addresses the needs of continuing education, college and career readiness, and curriculum areas.

Event Overview:

Beginning just after 10 a.m., several of our campus partners, including representatives from Watson College of Education, the College of Health & Human Services, the College of Arts & Sciences, Cameron School of Business, University College and the Honors College, will share special program highlights and updates with you to showcase all the new happenings at UNCW. Following the presentation, we will have our team of tour guides eager to lead you in an abbreviated campus tour. Throughout the event, we hope you all will enjoy the breakfast hors d’oeuvres we will have available. The items we will have include:

  • Seasonal Fruit Platter
  • Yogurt Parfaits
  • Bacon
  • Sausage Links
  • Mini Quiches
  • Mini Muffins
  • Donut Holes
  • Assorted beverages including coffee, tea, juice, and water.

Directions and Parking:

The event will be taking place in the Fisher University Union 4855 Price Dr, Wilmington, NC 28403. I have attached an image highlighting the building, as well as the visitor parking lot that we are asking all guests to park in for this event.  After parking, guests will walk North-West, crossing Price Drive, to arrive at Fisher University Union.
